DOMAIN ROSSIGNOL TRAPET
Located in Gevrey Chambertin this family run domain is lucky enough to possess well situated parcels in Grand Crus, 1er Cru and village. Just to name a few of them : Chambertin, Latricieres Chambertin, 1er Cru Cherbaudes, and in village level the famous "aux Etelois" next to the Grand Cru Griotte Chambertin. They work with biodynamic methods for more than 20 years. Their wines express the elegance of the pinot noir, avoiding over extraction, using whole bunches they reveals broad aromatic with long persistence

Domaine Nathalie Vigot
One of the smallest domain in Côte de Nuits, located in Vosne Romanee, Nathalie produces very delicate wines. She uses 100% whole bunch which makes interesting aromatic revealing not only fruits but also pepper, leather, old dry wood (not the vanilla one). Her wines are more ethereal than massive, this should please the pinot noir lovers. Minuscule quantities
